New Inquiry and Response System (I&R)

The American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer (CoC) and the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) have made available to all cancer care professionals the Inquiry and Response System (I&R).  This is a repository of thousands of questions and answers related to registry data and cancer program standards, which many are used in the development, clarification, and revision of the Cancer Programs Standards or updated policies and procedures, expanded documentation, clearer communications, and increased education and training resources. The I&R team is comprised of CoC technical staff and physician experts in specialty fields.  You are encouraged to review the database and submit questions by going to http://web.facs.org/coc/default.htm.
