RULES FOR OBTAINING GAIN 1 REWARDS

Member-Get-a-Member

ONE coupon will be awarded for each new AAMA student, associate or regular member recruited to join AAMA between October 1, 2010, and September 30, 2011.
It is the new member’s responsibility to submit the name of the sponsor, via the application form or a separate email to [email protected].
New members recruited may not have held AAMA membership during the 12 months preceding application.
Applicants for student membership must provide proof of student status and meet AAMA student membership requirements.
New members are officially recognized and GAIN 1 credit is given when dues payment is received.

Member-Get-an-Exhibitor

THREE coupons will be awarded for actively recruiting a new AAMA Conference Exhibitor.
Coupons will be awarded after contract is signed and payment received.
Member must advise AAMA office (847-759-8601) that they are attempting to recruit the exhibitor prior to contract finalization.
New Conference Exhibitors may not have exhibited at an AAMA Conference during the 24 months preceding application.

Member-Get-a-Strategic Partner

FIVE coupons will be awarded for actively recruiting a new AAMA Strategic Partner.
Coupons will be awarded after contract is signed and first year payment is received.
Member must advise AAMA office (847-759-8601) that they are attempting to recruit the Strategic Partner prior to contract finalization.

RULES FOR REDEEMING GAIN 1 COUPONS

All 2011 GAIN 1 coupons expire on December 31, 2011.
GAIN 1 coupons are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Original coupon must accompany payment. Refunds will not be provided if coupon is not submitted with payment.
Coupons may not be used when making payments online. Online system will not accept coupons. Payments using coupons must be mailed to AAMA, 701 Lee Street, Suite 600, Des Plaines, IL 60016.
Coupons may be combined and used together.
Coupons may be used toward payment of AAMA membership dues or registration for the AAMA Annual Conference, ACCA Leadership Conference, ACOA Oncology Update or an AAMA webinar.
2011 GAIN 1 Rules apply through December 31, 2011.
Use of a GAIN 1 coupon signifies agreement to comply with all GAIN 1 2011 Rules. Coupons must be signed and dated for redemption.

Only AAMA members are eligible to participate in the GAIN 1 Program. AAMA staff is not eligible to participate.
