Contributing to the AAMA Executive Online not only earns the respect of colleagues as a published author, but is also a great way to accumulate points toward Advancement in the Academy through Personal Achievement Documentation (PAD). Each peer-article or review is worth two points, up to a maximum of four points; each book-review is worth three points, to a maximum of six points; and each non peer-reviewed article is worth one point, to a maximum of two points.
