Covenant Healthcare System, Inc. is seeking an individual to oversee the growth, development and management of the specialty services within Covenant Medical Group. Specialty services include Oncology, Neurology, Nephrology, Cardiology, Endocrinology, and Complimentary Medicine. Responsibilities include assisting in developing operational plans and associated operating and capital budgets for each practice, directing the implementation of plans, and ensuring the financial success. The Administrative Director is also responsible for supporting development of the strategic and tactical plan to accomplish goals established by Covenant System Practice Council. Qualified candidates will possess five plus years of practice management experience, strong preference for background in Cardiology and/or Oncology. Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field strongly preferred.

The Director of Physician Contracts will negotiate, extend and administer provider contracts for employed physicians, medical directorships, group practice contracts and all other physician contracts. This individual will also oversee physician recruitment and centralized physician credentialing. Qualified individuals will possess a Master’s Degree or JD and five plus years of experience in all aspects of physician contracting; demonstrate the ability to lead effective negotiations with physicians and have a strong track record of building collaborative relationships with physicians and Hospital leadership.

The Oncology Service Line Director will report to
the CEO of Roper Hospital and the VP of Operations for Roper St. Francis Healthcare (1 individual with a dual role) and will have system-wide responsibility for oncology. Specific responsibilities include radiation therapy, outpatient infusion, oncology research, and cancer program administration.
The successful candidate will be an experienced leader skilled in clinical program strategy and business development. Some of the key professional requirements include:
- a minimum of ten years experience in healthcare, to include at least five years in clinical program development with a track record of success;
- knowledgeable particularly in the business processes of planning, program development, implementation, financial/quantitative analysis and marketing;
