This individual will assist the Regional Vice President and will be responsible for managing physician-based practices. The successful applicant will also be very active in business development and strategic planning activities. Responsibilities will include negotiating hospital contracts, managing the facility lease process and monitoring all processes as they relate to the recruitment, productivity and scheduling of Physicians.. Will also work in conjunction with the regional office to negotiate payer contracts and to ensure accurate billing, reimbursement and coding activity.
Candidate must have a strong background in financial management & analysis, contracting, business development and physician-relations. Candidate should have a minimum of seven years experience in healthcare management. EOE

The successful candidate will direct functions and activities of our Cardiac Imaging Department with features the following: 4 cineless, state of the art labs, diagnostic, interventional and EP, over 5,000 procedures annually with 10 cardiologists on staff.
Qualified candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science or a Radiologic Technologist that has graduated from an A.M.A approved school of Radiologic Technology with a Bachelor in Science or Business. A minimum of 5 years of experience in cardiovascular care required and previous management experience in a health care setting.
