American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer  (ACOS-CoC) Liaison Report

The Commission on Cancer’s web menu has been reorganized in an effort to make it more user–friendly.  There are now three sections that can be accessed with easy-to-read link text for quick navigation.  “Commission on Cancer Information” is the first section containing general information for cancer program staff to utilize.  The second section contains CoC Datalinks, their limited access, password-protected, secure section with links to information and data bases meant specifically for approved cancer programs and their designated staff members.  This section is titled “Resources for CoC-Approved Programs.”  The third section, called “Public Resources,” provides information to cancer patients, their families, and caregivers.  To access the CoC web menu log on to http://www.facs.org.
