American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer  (ACOS-CoC) Liaison Report

Watch for a memo from the CoC due out the week of September 8^th, outlining activities, which will impact cancer programs in 2004. Included in the memo is information on the new standards, information for programs due to be surveyed, changes in the role of the Cancer Liaison Physician, marketing opportunities through FIPS, CoC special studies, Data Disclosure policy, FORDS Update, and available topics for presentations by the State chair or Cancer Liaison Physician.
