Each year the Academy celebrates and honors the best and brightest in healthcare management and leadership through our award presentations. Recognition enhances members' personal growth and accomplishments, provides role models, and strengthens our members' image with their employers and community.

AAMA Awards

Members are encouraged to nominate their peers - members and non-members - who are deserving of recognition for their professional contributions to and achievements in the healthcare management field.

• AAMA Healthcare Executive of the Year

• Distinguished Service Award
  Deadline: July 1, annually.

American College of Cardiovascular Administrators (ACCA):

• ACCA/Lantheus Medical Imaging Award of Excellence
  Deadline: October 15, annually - Nomination Form

American College of Federal Healthcare Administrators (ACFHA):

• YC Parris Young Federal Healthcare Executive Award

In addition to the above awards, the Academy also recognizes outstanding leaders in the Academy and healthcare management. Recipients of these awards are selected by the Academy leadership.
