Manager, Faculty Group Practice In this position, you will be responsible for the business operations and financial performance of various departments of our School of Medicine. You will be in charge of planning, managing and assessing short- and long-term operational/financial/programmatic activities and performances. To be successful, you must serve as a resource to the staff, providing expertise in areas such as financial and billing reports, accounts receivable, payer reimbursements and payroll and accounting systems. You will also be in charge of the credentialing of physicians and/or groups and identifying and resolving payer credentialing and claims issues. To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s degree,
although a master’s is preferred, with at least 3 years’ related experience
and a strong familiarity with physician revenue cycle functions. Proficiency
in Microsoft Excel and Word, or similar programs, is required. Strong
communication, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills are

Cardiovascular Service Line Responsibilities: The Administrator of Cardiovascular
Services is responsible for the leadership, successful operations, and
quality of Cardiovascular Services at the facility. Areas of Direct Responsibility: Administrator, Emergency
Department and Trauma In this newly created vital role, you will develop and
implement long range plans for the Level One Trauma Center Emergency
Department at ORMC. You will provide clinical leadership for the Emergency
Department and the Air Care Team, working in collaboration with physicians,
therapists and other professionals. You will be responsible for state trauma
certification across ORMC, as well as clinical operations planning for
disasters and mass casualty events. To qualify, you must be a RN licensed in
Florida, with a Master's degree in Nursing, Business or a related field. Six
years of Emergency Department/Trauma management experience required with a

Hematology/Oncology The position will combine the skills of two previous employees, thus bringing the blended skill sets with a proven track record in: financial management, strategic and business planning, and a vast understanding of clinical healthcare operations and research simultaneously. A minimum of five or more years of mid to senior management experience, preferably in Pediatrics is highly desirable as is successful leadership experience in a service line model. Hematology and/or Oncology experience is secondary with Children’s Hospital experience taking preference. Experience running other service lines in well respected Pediatrics facilities, in or out of an academic environment will also be highly considered. An administrative background in an academic
environment is essential; your qualifications must include at least seven
years’ experience –
and demonstrated success –
in managing a large department in a major academic medical center. Specific
areas in which proven abilities are essential include: centralized budgeting
and financial management; strategic planning and execution, including
leadership during periods of transition; managed care; third-party payments
and a variety of other areas relevant to an academic surgical department. A
Bachelor’s degree is required; although a Master’s is strongly preferred. Vice President,
Cardiovascular Service Line The Vice President, Cardiovascular Service Line will report to the Senior Vice President/Operations and will be responsible for implementing the vision for the Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics Heart Institute/Cardiovascular service line. Duties will include overseeing service line strategy and planning, staff development, budgeting, operations, performance and management of the Cardiovascular service line to ensure patients receive high quality, safe, efficient and effective care. Ideal candidates should possess a Master's degree in health administration or a related business field and have at least six years experience in developing and overseeing a cardiovascular product line in a large integrated healthcare delivery system.
