At the direction of the Vice President, Regional Finance, coordinate the long-term financial planning process for the New England Alliance for Health (NEAH) organizations, prepare analyses and professional level reports and coordinate special projects. Provide staff support to the NEAH Finance Affinity Groups and be responsible for the budgeting and financial reporting for the NEAH and New England Pharmacy Collaborative (NEPC) LLCs and other regional organizations as needed. These responsibilities include developing strong working relationships with NEAH organizations and Dartmouth-Hitchcock personnel so as to be a resource to the organizations and help identify projects to assist the NEAH organizations improve financial performance and operations.
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of five years of relevant experience required; CPA and/or Masters in Business Administration degree preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in computerized accounting software and spreadsheet applications essential.

The Heart Center is a comprehensive amalgamation of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Cardiology and Pulmonary Medicine and includes Echocardiography and ECG Laboratories. The AVP and Executive Director, Oncology Services will lead, direct and manage the clinical oncology service line for Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center (LCCC) at Georgetown University Hospital (GUH) and will serve as the primary executive between GUH, LCCC and MedStar Health. This person will provide leadership, direction and operational management to the LCCC clinical services in accordance with the mission, policies and philosophy of GUH. The Executive Director, Oncology Services will ensure accountability to operational, strategic and financial objectives of the oncology service line and services with clearly defined timeframes and accountabilities. Working closely with the executive team of Georgetown University Hospital, medical faculty and associated voluntary medical staff, the Executive Director will identify programs, services and associated competencies required to build and expand oncology programs and services of Georgetown University Hospital and Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Requirements for the role include an MHA, MBA or MS in health care administration or a related field. Five or more years leadership experience in a comprehensive cancer center program is required.
