In this position, you will assume responsibility for the management, organization, facilitation and coordination of all activities related to licensure and certification for the medical center and its licensed facilities under the direction of the director of regulatory affairs. Manages scheduled and unannounced on-site visits related to licensure and certification by the CA Department of Public Health (CDPH) and related reports and follow-up activities.
Requires Master's degree with at least 3 years recent experience in acute healthcare setting or equivalent experience; RN license or other clinical experience/credential, and working knowledge of Title 22, CA Business and Professions Code, CA Health and Safety Codes, CMS Conditions of Participation and TJC accreditation standards. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and other applications, and searching online regulatory resources/websites/databases. Law degree or equivalent regulatory experience preferred.
