Room Rates: $89 Single/Double, plus applicable taxes and fees.

When making your reservation, please identify American Academy of Medical Administrators or AAMA.  Hotel reservations should be made as early as possible to guarantee room rate & availability. The hotel cutoff date is Friday, October 16, 2009. After this date, availability is on a first-come, first-served, rate-available basis.

AAMA Foundation Conference Scholarships

The AAMA Research & Educational Foundation offers two scholarships for this conference. The scholarship covers the cost of registration. Travel, non-conference meals and hotel expenses are the responsibility of the scholarship recipient. Applicants must be AAMA members. Applications will be considered based on financial need. Obtain scholarship application from our website or request a form from our website or request a form from AAMA headquarters. Return completed form to AAMA headquarters by August 31, 2009.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by November 6, 2009, to qualify for a refund. A $50 processing fee will be deducted. No shows will be billed. After November 6, no refund will be provided. Occasionally changes in the conference may be made due to speaker availability, participant demand or unforeseen circumstances. AAMA will do everything possible to ensure participant satisfaction, AAMA's liability is limited to the registration fee only.

*Non-members canceling before November 6, 2009, will be charged the $50 processing fee; the complimentary 2010 AAMA membership will be voided.
