Oil Spill Concerns - Clearwater Beach, FL., AAMA Conference?

The Clearwater Chamber of Commerce is monitoring the oil spill situation closely. There are no negative impacts in Clearwater and they are open for business as usual. While the oil spill is certainly a disaster of an unimaginable scale we are not anticipating a significant impact on our conference. AAMA is carefully monitoring the situation and we look forward to seeing you in sunny Florida in November.

Cancellation Policy:
Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing by Friday, October 22, 2010, to qualify for a refund. Send cancellations to the Academy's Data & IT Coordinator at cheryl@aameda.org. A $50 processing fee will be deducted.* After Friday, October 22, 2010, no refund be be provided. No shows will be billed.

*Non-members canceling before Friday, October 22, 2010, will be charged the $50 processing fee and complimentary 2011 AAMA membership is voided.
