Conference Tuition Fees

Full conference registration as a member, non-member or student, includes the following:

• Educational sessions Thursday, March 22 and Friday, March 23
• Conference Session Handouts via the Internet
• Continuing Education Credits
• Ticket to Thursday Luncheon
• Continental Breakfasts and Breaks on Thursday and Friday

Pre-Conference Seminars are not included in the full conference registration fee: additional charges apply. Register for the AM and/or PM pre-conference sessions separately; submit additional fees with your conference registration.

Guest registration includes: Reception, Luncheon and continental breakfasts.

Continuing Education Credits - Contact Hours

To receive an AAMA Certificate of Completion, complete the online conference evaluation, available to attendees the week following the conference. Be sure to note sessions attended on the evaluation. AAMA Certificates of Completion are sent electronically once online conference evaluations are complete.

American Academy of Medical Administrators Research & Educational Foundation is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Illinois Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Please note: Contact hours are for reporting hours of education programming attended, and are not equivalent to points used in AAMA advancement programs.

AAMA Foundation Conference Scholarships

The AAMA Research & Educational Foundation offers two scholarships for this conference. The scholarship covers the cost of registration. Travel, non-conference meals and hotel expenses are the responsibility of the scholarship recipient. Applicants must be AAMA members. Applications will be considered based on financial need. Obtain scholarship application here, or request a form from AAMA headquarters. Return completed form to AAMA headquarters by January 20, 2012.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by February 20, 2012, to qualify for a refund. A $50 processing fee will be deducted. No-shows will be billed. After February 20, no refund will be provided.

Occasionally, changes in the conference may be made due to speaker availability, participant demand, or unforeseen circumstances. While AAMA/ACCA will do everything possible to ensure participant satisfaction, AAMA/ACCA's liability is limited to the registration fee only.
