Conference Tuition Fees Include

If you register as a member, non-member, or student, your registration includes the following:

• Educational sessions all day Thursday and Friday until noon, March 26-28, 2008

• Conference Handouts via the Internet

• Continuing Education Credits

• Ticket to the Wednesday night, March 26, Reception

• Ticket to Thursday Luncheon, March 27

• Continental Breakfasts and Breaks on Thursday and Friday

Pre-Conference Seminars are not included in the conference registration fee. 
Pre-Conference registration is an additional $150 member / non-member per session.   Register for either or both the AM or PM pre-conference sessions.

Guest registration includes Reception, Thursday Luncheon and continental breakfasts.

Hotel reservations must be made before Saturday, February 20, 2008, to guarantee these room rates and availability. After that date, availability is on a first come, first served, and rate available basis.

The Westin Michigan Avenue will provide a contribution of 10% of conference room fees to the AAMA Research & Educational Foundation to support the AAMA mission to drive excellence in healthcare administration through education, research, scholarship and policy development.

Continuing Education Units

The AAMA Research and Educational Foundation, Inc. will award 9 AAMA Continuing Educational Credits (.9 CEUs) for attendance at this conference and 2.5 AAMA Continuing Education Credits (.25 CEUs) for each Pre- Conference Seminar. Approval for credits has been applied for from: Illinois Nurses Association (INA), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), American Association of Respiratory Care (AARC) and American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT). 

To receive credits, complete the conference evaluation indicating sessions attended. Certificates/letters of attendance are mailed following the conference.

AAMA Foundation Conference Scholarships

The AAMA Research & Educational Foundation offers two scholarships for this conference. The scholarship covers the cost of registration. Travel, non-conference meals and hotel expenses are the responsibility of the scholarship recipient. Applicants must be AAMA members. Applications will be considered based on financial need. Obtain scholarship application from our website or request a form from AAMA headquarters. Return completed form to AAMA headquarters by February 1, 2008.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by March 5, 2008, to qualify for a refund. A $50 processing fee will be deducted. No shows will be billed. After March 9, no refund will be provided.

Occasionally changes in the conference may be made due to speaker availability, participant demand or unforeseen circumstances. While ACCA/AAMA will do everything possible to ensure participant satisfaction, ACCA/AAMA's liability is limited to the registration fee only.
